Sara Johnson: Rehabilitation Director/Clinic Exercise
Sara is originally from Eagle Bend, MN.  She is a graduate of Saint Cloud State University with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine.  Sara is trained to render care to a wide spectrum of individuals through rehabilitative therapy.  Through client education and one on one interaction, she will provide a strong foundation to reach optimal health.


Porsche Hubbard: Certified Personal Trainer
Porsche is originally from Milaca, MN and graduated with a degree in Personal Training from the International Sports Science Association.  As a Certified Personal Trainer, she helps people overcome functional limitations related to injury and disease. She works closely with you on a one on one basis to enhance your body's full potential.  Porsche also enjoys working individually with clients on weight loss, strength training, cardio rehab, and sports related strengthening.  She motivates clients by setting goals and educating them in general health and nutrition guidelines.

 

Personal training-
With the new exercise room that has been built, we have everything needed to have a fully functioning personal training facility!  Porsche, who is a certified personal trainer, will be designing your programs and help you become a healthier and stronger version of yourself!  Training sessions will be an hour long. The price for each session is $45. To sign-up, speak with the front desk and schedule a time to get started!!


Group Fitness Classes-

KETTLEBELL TRAINING:
Kettlebell training originated in Russia and was first introduced in the United States in 2000.  Since then it has grown in popularity all over the country. Kettlebell workouts will help you burn fat, get leaner muscles, and give you a great aerobic workout while using kettlebells.  Overall, a kettlebell workout is a totaly body workout!
Cost: $5 per class
Time: Mondays from 5-6 pm


Hatha Yoga (Starting May 6th)
Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and promoting relaxation. This class will use medium intensity on classic poses, balance exercises, core strengthening, and some flow yoga.
Cost: $5 per class
Time: Mondays from 7-8 pm


Yin Yoga:
This style of yoga uses poses held for several minutes to access a deeper stretch and to undo any tension we may hold in our bodies. Yin Yoga targets connective tissue, ligaments, and tendons in joints and the spine. connective tissue accounts for about 50% of the bod's flexibility. It is a great way to get in shape while relieving stress.
Cost: $5 per class
Time: Tuesdays from 7-8 pm
