Personal Training~

With the new exercise room that has been built, we have everything needed to have a fully functioning personal training facility! Miranda, who is a certified personal trainer, will be designing your programs and help you become a healthier and stronger version of yourself! Training sessions will be an hour long. The price for each sessioni is $45. To sign-up, speak with the front desk and schedule a time to get started!!
Kids Fitness Class~
Looking for something for your kids to do to keep active during the winter? Why not give Minser Chiropractic's Kids Class a try!!
*The kids class will be held one Saturday a month from 9:30 am -10:30 am.
*Activities will include hula hoops, hop scotch, kids yoga, obstacle courses, and much more!
*The class will meet January 14th, February 18th, and March 17th.
*The cost for the class is $1.00 per child
*Sign-up at the front desk for one or all of the classes!!
Group Fitness Classes~
Pilates
Pilates is a class that will focus on building strength, increasing flexibility, and sculpting leaner muscles while improving posture and coordination. Specific muscle groups are targeted to strengthen and improve the body's core stability while others are lengthened and released. This class is beneficial for all ages!
Cost: $5 per class
Time: Mondays 7-8 pm
Cardio Kickboxing
This class is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. It is an intense, totaly body workout that will challenge and help improve your aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Be prepared to kick yourself into shape!
Cost: $5 per class
Time: Wednesdays from 7-8 pm
Kettlebell Training
Kettlebell training originated in Russia and was first introduced in the United States in 2000. Since then it has grown in popularity all over the country. Kettlebell workouts will help you burn fat, get leaner muscles, and give you a good aerobic workout while using kettlebells. Overall, a kettlebell workout is a total body workout!
Cost: $5 per class
Time: Mondays from 5-6 pm, Wednesdays 5-6 pm and Thursdays from 10-11 am
