Rachel is originally from Buffalo, Minnesota. She graduated from Concordia University St. Paul with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Rachel is a NETA Certified Personal Trainer. She enjoys helping patients achieve their goals and improving their lifestyle. In her free time she enjoys living an active lifestyle by participating in 5ks and half marathons year round. She also stays fit by going to the gym weekly. In the summer, Rachel likes to be on the lake fishing or on the paddleboard.
