Monday December 1st: Essential Oils 101, 7:00 pm at Minser Chiropractic Clinic

Please join our massage therapists as they discuss the basics of essential oils.  They will cover the benefits of using particular oils, how to use oils at home, and the dos and donts of using essential oils.  The class is open to everyone so bring a friend.

 

Thursday December 4th: Fitness Programs: Getting Started, 10:00 am at Minser Chiropractic Clinic

We will discuss the five basic steps to getting started with a fitness program.  We will also discuss four elements of a well-rounded routine and the benefits of regular physical activity.  This is a 60 min. class.

 

Wednesday December 10th: Stress Management, 7:00 pm at Minser Chiropractic Clinic

Join Dr. Tammy Fimrite for a presentation on stress.  Dr. Fimrite will be covering what stress is, how it affects us and how we can control/manage its effects.  Anyone who is stressed or may have trouble handling stress would benefit from this seminar.

 

Thursday December 11th: Full Body Stretching for Beginners, 10:00 am at Minser Chiropractic Clinic

We will first discuss the benefits of including stretching in your daily life.  We will work through a series of stretches for the body.  Please wear clothing appropriate for sitting/laying on the floor and stretching.  This is a 30-45 min. class.

 

Thursday December 18th: Incredible Core, 10:00 am at Minser Chiropractic Clinic

We will first discuss the benefits of strong core muscles.  We will then perform a 20-30 min. workout.  Please wear clothing appropriate for sitting/laying on the floor to do the exercises.  This is a 45 min. class.

 

Wednesday January 28th: An Introduction to Detoxification, 7:00 pm at Minser Chiropractic Clinic

Feeling like you over did it this holiday season?  Eating too much, eating foods with poor nutritional status, and not exercising can leave you feeling sluggish and tired.  Start the new year off right by taking your body through a detoxification process.  Learn the benefits of a basic detoxification and the steps involved in doing a detoxification safely.
